Scott is currently working towards his Graduate degree in Journalism at Humber College in Toronto.

He began his journalism career at the University of Guelph while earning his undergraduate degree in History and English. There he worked at the campus newspaper, The Ontarion, and the radio station, CFRU.

After his time at Guelph, Scott began his marketing career running the marketing team for Touchstone Resort. He maintained his love for journalism working as a freelance reporter for Muskoka411.

Since starting at Humber College, Scott has taken on a number of roles within the HumberNews community. He is Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper Et Cetera, producer for HumberNews, and a member of the school's investigative unit.
